Jobs of the Week: Field Service Technician - HP Indigo Digital Press

Currie Group are currently looking to expand it’s customer service support network throughout Australia and are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our rapidly growing and dynamic “Digital” team of technicians in servicing HP Indigo Digital Presses.

This challenging position will include the following responsibilities;

Installation and commissioning of HP Indigo Digital products.

Continued on site and remote technical support to include service repairs, preventative maintenance, telephone support, troubleshooting and machine upgrades (software and hardware related)

Liaising with HP Indigo Specialists’

Demonstration of product range

Dedicated focal point of contact for selected customer sites

Training of customer operators (with experience)

Successful candidates will have previous experience working in a technical role with strong electrical / mechanical experience relating to fault finding. Ideally candidates should have some knowledge or experience servicing Digital Presses. Pre press experience with CTP or HP Indigo software applications will also be well regarded. You will have good communication skills and experience working within a customer focused team environment.

The role will have local state coverage although some interstate and overseas travel will be required. A current driver’s license will also be required.
