The primary purpose of the role:

To work with Administrative/Sales support and factory staff to ensure the sales of used machinery is completed efficiently and on a timely basis.

To assist Managing Director to further develop growth.

To develop and achieve budgets in line with company objectives.
The remuneration will include a base salary plus a bonus scheme.
As a successful candidate, you will have:
-
A varied technical background in the printing industry.
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in Engineering
-
A minimum of 5 years in an Operations management role in the printing industry.

High computer literacy.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
-
Experience in handling letters of credit an advantage.

the ability to work independently and as a member of a small group.
-
high level of self drive and motivation to succeed, and to be constantly self challenging.

Good working/practical knowledge of running a business/profit centre.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Company trading globally in the capacity as General Manager. The position has responsibility for ensuring the Administration and Operations segment of the Company are operating in an efficient and productive manner.
This is a challenging, competitive and dynamic marketplace so we are seeking applications from proven General Managers with technical knowledge in print and packaging machinery and printing processes. Other associated manufacturing experience with a strong administration, sales support and marketing background would be considered favourably. You must effectively balance an external focus whilst continuing to deliver business improvement through innovation and process enhancement.
