Located in North Sydney, my client is the leader in Direct Mail Solutions, largely attributed to their innovation in the market. Currently an opportunity exists for a vibrant and energetic Sales Orientated General Manager to lead one of their businesses.



This role is accountable for the end-2-end management of the business, from Strategy, and sales…through to production…and everything in-between! You are a contemporary leader with strong team building and motivational qualities, a understanding of a production environment, and the ability to “get the job done” within a challenging, yet dynamic fast paced market



To be considered for this role, you will:

Be an accomplished manager, with a strong Sales/Marketing bend

Be fantastic at Customer Relationships

Develop and execute business plans

Ability to manage the financial health of the business

Experienced in managing a team of 60+ employees across multiple departments

Have managed change, and be a change ambassador for the business

Be a “DO'ER”

Be tertiary qualified in business or a manufacturing/engineering discipline

Have a commitment to OH&S



Remuneration for this challenging position is very flexible and will be commensurate with qualifications, competencies; experience and the 'value added' an individual can bring to the role.
