OBJECTIVES
To be responsible for the provision of quality products and services in an efficient, effective and timely manner, and which meet customer expectation
To work closely with the Imaging Services Supervisor and Imaging Services Manager in building and leading a strong effective team to provide services to Internal and External Customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Multi tasking within the Imaging Department - this includes a combination of the following skills - data entry operator, scanning operator, NDP operatar, Agissar operator, document preparation tasks and processing jobs. (An Operator is required to stand for all doc preparation type tasks and when operating NDP and Agissar production machinery. This can range from a couple of hours to all day. The time allocated to a task will vary from day to day and will be dependant on the current Imaging schedule.
Timely checking in of jobs received from dispatch
To produce output as per Key Performance Indicators
Confirm that paperwork is completed according to job requirements and Imaging Department standards
Ensure completion of jobs as per daily schedule (white board)
Perform to the best of ability any requests made of you by your direct Supervisor/Manager
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Ensure timely and accurate communication of any issues or concerns with Imaging Supervisor.
Provide Imaging Supervisor input to process improvements in any systems, procedures or methodologies.
To ensure best possible service to internal and external customers, enter all required job information into QM systems (jobs progress sheet and QMLinc) in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Data entry experience - Minimum 10,000 KSPH and high level of accuracy
Proven knowledge and competency of using computers - Windows Explorer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and data entry applications.
Excellent team building skills
Self Motivated
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance from Imaging Supervisor
Ability to stand up whilst carrying out certain allocated tasks - range from one hour to all day.
Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft products
Procedure oriented, with attention to detail
Positive attitude with a focus on quality �Can do it attitude�
A commitment to professional customer services standards for both internal and external customers.
Ethical and professional behaviour at all times.
