A fantastic opportunity has become available within Fuji Xerox's much heralded industry engagement facility, the epicenter, based at Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh. Fuji Xerox is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Innovation Specialist professional to join the Graphic Arts team.

In this key role you will be responsible for developing, demonstrating, maintaining and conducting training on colour hardware and software solutions for internal and external customer engagements for the Graphic Arts, Commercial Print and Quick Print markets. You will also be responsible in providing IGen3 customer onsite maintenance and operator training. This is a unique and focussed position, which is a resource base utilised for sales and support within FX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer training on site, epicenter demonstrations, customer application testing and maintenance on IGen3 and other Production colour devices within the epicenter environment;
- Assist in the development of vertical and cross market colour solutions;
- Communicate new applications to Sales and Marketing through team meetings;
- Build and improve the Graphic Arts, Commercial Print and Quick Print solutions for use in the epicenter, sales, marketing and support environments;
- Work in virtual team models between epicenter, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, as well as engaging appropriate resources from our support organisation in order to deliver faultless solution demonstrations and collaterals; and
- Assist in the packaging of industry solutions as a selling tool.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years commercial experience in Printing, Networking, Colour Prepress and Digital Colour Workflow;
- Working knowledge of key publishing and/or transactional applications;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to prepare and conduct presentations;
- Ability to communicate technical information to non technical parties;
- Excellent interpersonal, instructional and demonstration skills; and
- Self motivated, ability to work without direct supervision.
