Jobs of the week: Internal Sales Executive -Document Management, Sydney

Salmat is Australasia's largest direct customer communications company with branches in all states of Australia, and we are currently looking for a results-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join our Document Management Solutions (DMS) team. DMS processes essential mail that includes bank and credit card statements, accounts and other customised bulk mailings in Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines.



Reporting to the Sales Manager, this challenging opportunity will see you responsible for managing mailhouse sales enquiries on behalf of the Sales Manager. This is a results orientated position where the focus will be on achieving sales targets and building Salmat's reputation as a flexible mail solutions provider.



Key responsibilities will include:

Managing in-coming enquiries from prospects

Qualifying and developing all incoming opportunities

Writing new business proposals

Generating quotes

Providing clear and precise information to the Client during job production and delivery

Completion of job invoicing and reporting within required timeframes

Preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and new business forecasting



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years commercial sales experience and possess a strong understanding of mail house operations.
