We seek a special person to join our dynamic team as an internal sales co-ordinator, so if you have direct printing industry experience and are Customer centric, please read on.

The Role;
The Internal Sales co-ordinator is an important position within our very busy and exciting print company; we are a leading environmentally responsible offset & digital print company. If you have a passion for the printing industry and our environment, this may be your ideal opening, with the potential for further advancement opportunities into our also growing sales or production teams.
 
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager the key focus of your role will be to provide internal co-ordination & administration support to our energetic sales team. You will be the central hub and important link between Sales, Production & our Customers, you will liaise directly with all stakeholders to maintain a high level of customer service and productivity.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following experiences and abilities:

  • Some direct knowledge & experience within the printing industry is essential

  • A positive person with excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills

  • Thrive in busy environments, being able to prioritise & maintain required service levels

  • Estimating experience will also be considered an advantage for this role

  • Two years experience in a similar role in, sales, internal service, or production

  • Be very organised, enjoy a systematic approach and have great attention to detail

  • Be competent in the use Microsoft, Word, Excel & Outlook

  • Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30 am & 5.30 pm
