  • 6-month Contract (Part-Time)


Heidelberg is the world's leading supplier of integrated solutions for the print media industry. We currently have a vacancy for an energetic, detail-focused and organised experienced Accountant to fulfill a 6-month contract in the position of Management Accountant.



Available immediately, this position is responsible for supporting the Finance Department in maintaining service contracts, revenue accruals and recognition processes, including generating and reviewing related reports to ensure data accuracy. 

Furthermore, this role will involve working in conjunction with the Customer Service Administration team, in addition to the timely management of ad-hoc reporting requirements and assist in other Finance Department matters as and when required.

 

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience as an Accountant responsible for financial/management reporting, preferably in private enterprise, and will hold a Business Degree in Accounting or similar Financial Management discipline. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently to achieve departmental, organisation and project objectives is essential, along with experience in SAP or similar computerised accounting systems.  Proven ability to effectively communicate (both written & verbal) with peers and senior management level, along with the ability to develop, build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels will see your success in this role.  You will have worked in a customer focused organisation with a strong emphasis on customer service, and an eye for detail.

This is a 6-month part-time contract position.  Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
