An exciting opportunity has become available within Education Services for an energetic National Customer Trainer. In this role you will work closely with customer trainers (and their Managers) around Australia, as well as the National Technical Support Group. You will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering and evaluating customer training for FXA production solutions.
You will be responsible for:

Delivery of customer training and assessments (on customer sites or at the National Education Centre). Some interstate travel may be required.

Ensuring that Training continues to contribute to the Customer Satisfaction targets.

Organising product and skills training for Customer Trainers & Analysts in the FXA branches.
-
Ensuring that the Training Calendar and bookings are meeting internal & external customer requirements.

Conducting daily activities in a quality and environmentally responsible manner.
Your Objectives and Standards will be:

To ensure that all customer training is carried out in a professional and faultless manner.

To strive to help our customers achieve the best possible from their Fuji Xerox Solutions.

To maintain the highest possible standards in the training that we develop and deliver.

To make customer training a point of differentiation for FXA from our competitors.

To assist the sales and marketing force develop our business.
Person Specification
-
Certificate IV Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
-
Four to six years of technical sales support and/or industry experience.
-
Two or more years of practical digital prepress experience.
-
Experience in a Training role:
-
Ability to prepare and conduct training;
-
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people;
-
Excellent interpersonal skills; and
-
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
-
PC/MAC literate.
