We are currently looking for an achievement oriented Print Sales Representative to join our Print On Demand team (POD). POD print and distribute promotional material, point of sale, business stationery, publications and other material across Australia. As Print Sales Representative you will be required to draw upon your knowledge base or experience in print and print management services in order to offer strategic solutions to a range of corporate and blue-chip clients.
About the job: You’ll be doing the following -

Prospecting: Identifying, evaluating and securing new business opportunities within identified key prospects, whilst assisting in cross selling within existing accounts

Strategy: creating stategies to gain market penetration with Salmat products and services. You’ll also play a role in the ongoing strategic sales direction of the Print on Demand unit.

Co-ordinating the implementation of new business secured in conjunction with relevant Salmat departments
About you: The successful candidate will have the following:

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills

A strong demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business development

Well developed strategic planning skills

A ‘can do’ attitude; you’ll be determined pragmatist with a real creative flair

A good working knowledge of digital and full colour offset printing would be advantageous
