Our client is a dynamic professional Print Management Company. A one stop shop where anything involving ink is sourced efficiently, on budget and on time allowing their customers to stay focused on business.

The Print Management Services include creative and artwork, all print production processes then warehousing and distribution. Their business is total print management solutions delivered with years of hands on experience and a proven track record in delivering quality and un-beatable service.
Joining the team in the newly created role of CSR you will manage and provide customer satisfaction in line with expectations by managing contracts and orders, promoting client’s interests and managing their expectations. This is not a sales role as you will work with the account manager, but you need the ability to maintain and progress the account on a day to day level.
Liasing with clients and suppliers, tracking the progress of orders, managing production schedules and budgets will be a typical day for you. In addition training will be given for the state of the art print management software. This is a great opportunity to use your initiative and make the position your own!
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in the print industry (highly desirable)

Excellent communication skills

Excel in attention to detail

Experience with Microsoft packages (PC based)

Ability to problem solve and think on your feet

A proven ability to time manage, prioritise and meet deadlines

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
