Our Print On Demand division in Sydney offers a broad range of printing services, from pre-press to digital and offset printing through to finishing and binding.



We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Production Scheduler who will be responsible for the scheduling and planning of our Clients printing needs both internally through our printing facilities including two remote facilities, and with outsourced suppliers. You will be responsible for:



  • Ensuring all Clients print jobs are scheduled and delivered within required time frames

  • Liaising with Sales and Project Officers with regards outsourcing schedules

  • Liaising with Department Managers ensuring changes to delivery timetable are communicated and agreed

  • Managing capacity planning for internal production process

  • Regular monitoring of job status

  • Pro-actively investigating issues and initiate actions for successful resolution

  • Preparing reports for Management



    You will have a minimum of three years' experience in a multi-task production planning and scheduling environment, working knowledge of ERP principles and strong analytical and process management skills. Strong print background with a high level of knowledge in offset, digital printing and fulfillment. You will ideally have worked in a similar position for a leading print based organisation.
