  • The Position

    You will be responsible for developing our packaging solutions business whereby your primary activities will include sales prospecting for new business, managing existing accounts, meeting sales targets and establishing good business contacts. You will pursue strategies for targeted projects, provide effective solutions for our customers and generate competitive proposals. Additionally, you will provide market intelligence and feedback on competitors' pricing & position in the respective segments to enable appropriate marketing plans to be developed for driving growth.



    You will keep abreast of developments & business opportunities in the markets you cover and be focused on the follow-up of these opportunities by applying appropriate sales, negotiation & closing techniques. As we operate in a high-technology environment, you must be disciplined in using the various CRM & IT application tools available in our organization to enable you to better manage your sales process and share information.



  • The Person

    This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated independent candidate with a passion for packaging technology and who enjoys the challenges of meeting sales targets that commensurate with a lucrative sales incentive package.



    Fundamental requirements are:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Marketing

  • Relevant sales experience in printing / packaging / Autocad industry with a focus on solutions business model

  • Strong selling & negotiation skills (comfortable with selling the “intangibles” like workflow solutions, software, services)

  • Commercially astute with ability to apply pragmatic commercial approaches in sales negotiations & closing

  • Good interpersonal relationship skills with ability to handle multi-level relationships

  • Strong industry contacts

  • Broad understanding of IT applications

  • Proficiency in English
