Jobs of the week: Sales Coordinator, Melbourne
We are currently seeking energetic, detail focussed and organised individuals to apply for the position of Sales Coordinator. Based in Notting Hill and working as a key member of the Southern Region Sales team and wider Heidelberg Australia & New Zealand Administration network, this position is responsible for preparing Sales quotations and contracts for the Southern Region and providing administrative support to the team as required.

This role will also centre on maintaining data integrity of customer details on e-lite database (CRM), and using this to ensure that all Sales team members are supported, informed and updated with information.
This position also involves regular exchange of information, skills & knowledge with the key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and open and shared communication as required in line with Company values, behaviours and procedures in order to achieve objectives.
The successful candidate will pride themselves on their organisational ability and have demonstrated experience in a secretarial or administrative role, with previous exposure in the preparation of contract or legal documentation. Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships are critical, along with the aptitude to work and operate both unsupervised and as an effective team member. You will possess solid experience working as part of a customer focussed organisation, providing effective and efficient service to both internal and external customers, and have an exceptional ability to juggle many priorities at the one time. A high level of literacy and proficiency in MS Software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential, along with a good business understanding.
This is a permanent full time position, however the position can be structured to two part time roles within a job-share arrangement. Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
