bing is an innovative services company which is experiencing rapid growth due to a new technology which executes a broad business activity (ie. sending postal mail) in a much more efficient and effective manner – saving time and real $$$s for its customers.

We are looking for experienced and motivated people to join our sales team and convert what is a largely untapped market. A good base salary and car allowance are provided, as is a systematic training regime that will see you brought up to speed on the business, its services, the market and the opportunity in a short period of time.
Generous results orientated commissions are available on a monthly basis – and are pragmatically achievable if the bing sales methodology (the right activities on the right targets, etc..) is followed. However, make no mistake, this is not a role for someone looking to ‘get comfortable’ and lounge off the base salary.
We operate a performance management framework which clearly illustrates the monthly sales results required from you on a monthly basis. It is a fair system which gives you time to ‘come up to speed’ – and is designed to ensure we don’t carry ‘loafers’. If you understand and are not phased by this – please read on.

We are after people with:

3+ years of B-2-B sales experience (preferably in a related industry).

Hunger and persistence
-
(we’re after ‘hunters’ – not ‘farmers’ – so Account Managers think carefully before applying)

Postal services or Mail house industry knowledge would be well regarded
-
Experience in determining core technology and corporate systems needs
-
Day to day phone prospecting experience (those with a phobia of picking up the phone and calling a warm lead need not apply!)

Highly organized and self motivated (experience using CRM tools well regarded)

Excellent verbal / written communication skills
-
Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
