Prism is seeking to appoint a Systems Support Analyst / Report Writer to provide solutions support to our client base as well as internal project work.

The successful applicant will need to have a strong background in developing solutions to meet client needs, the analysis of business requirements and be able to contribute to the definition and design of software solutions.  Some onsite support dealing with customers will be involved.  It would be desirable that the applicant have a background in printing and/or print production.

You will need to have excellent customer facing skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
