The Pre Sales Executive (PSC) provides technical pre and post sales support for all of QM's solutions.



Key Responsibilities;



  • Coordinate key stakeholders to respond to tender requests and expressions of interest in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide Technical pre-sales support including conducting presentations, product demonstrations, producing proposals, leading prospects through workshops, conducting end-user training sessions, and other activities to support the Sales team. (i.e. Business Development Executives and Business Development Co-coordinators).

  • Provide overflow support to QM’s Business Analysts.



    Quals, Skills and Competencies:



  • 3+ years in a similar pre-sales role for an enterprise software company or related business

  • Prior experience in a solutions sales support role

  • Well versed in technology and development, including HTML, XML, XSL

  • Well versed in web technologies, including web services

  • Experience in mailhouse services

  • Prior experience with eBusiness solutions or in the

  • Enterprise Content Management market

  • Business analyst techniques

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Technical writing skills

  • Strong commercial skills for preparing quotations
