Jobs of the week: Trainee Field Service Representatives – Mechanical & Electrical (Sydney) & Electrical (Melbourne)

Heidelberg is currently seeking applications from highly motivated, proactive and customer focused Mechanics & Electricians for the positions of Trainee Field Service Representative – Mechanical & Electrical (Sydney)and Trainee Field Service Representative - Electrical (Melbourne).



These positions are ideal for those who have recently completed their Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeships and have a keen interest in the printing industry.  Specifically, these positions are responsible for the provision of a high level of customer service by providing assistance in installing and servicing Heidelberg press and bindery equipment in conjunction with fellow Mechanical and Electrical Field Service Representatives.

The successful candidates will have recently completed their mechanical or electrical apprenticeship and will ideally have some form of work experience with capital equipment in a similar or related industry.

You will have a keen interest in pursuing a career within the printing industry, and have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally. Well developed verbal and written communication skills, along with a solid problem solving ability and strong commitment to quality internal and external customer service is essential.

Electricians will hold an electrical license for New South Wales or Victoria, along with a current drivers’ license.

These positions are of a permanent full time nature, both based in Sydney and Melbourne. Some interstate and overseas travel may be necessary.
