SkilledForce is currently seeking experienced workplace trainers to join their successful Workplace Performance and Development team.

In this broad and challenging role, you will work as part of a team which supports the change process, promotes best practice and assist with the implementation of business initiatives across the Printing and Graphic Arts industry.

To succeed in this role, your tertiary qualification in Adult Education (Certificate IV Workplace Training essential), will be supported by substantial experience in manufacturing environments- predominately Print/Bindery sectors. Your key strengths will include strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and the ability to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a diverse audience.
