Jobs of week: Field Service Representative - Mechanical
Working as part of a team, responsibilities include providing mechanical support for new and second-hand press and post press equipment installations, support for repairs to new and second-hand press and bindery equipment either installed at the customers’ site or in house, support for service contracts (Planned Support Agreements) as required, ensuring all procedures are followed, Identifying service gaps and sources of customer dissatisfaction and working with the sales and service teams to identify recommend and support solutions to rectify the problem.
The successful candidate will hold a mechanical diploma or certificate and experience in a mechanical field service role working with graphic arts equipment. You will have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role as are well developed verbal and written communication skills. You will be highly organised, a thorough problem solver and have a strong commitment to and appreciation of delivering high quality internal and external customer service. A current drivers’ licence is required for this role.
