Jobs of week: Production Planner (Printing), Sydney

Our client is a large, well-know brand, offset printer - armed with the latest long-press perfecting technology, enjoying substantial growth and strong client loyalty.



Recently approved growth plans now require the addition of a new position, specifically to manage their expanding capacity - particularly with the arrival of state-of-the-art new workflow software, expected in the near-future.



This is a multi-tasking role, requiring a good understanding of estimating, job scheduling, pre-press planning (including impositions), purchasing and outsourcing. Ideally, you will also be calm under pressure and able to balance client demands with press-loading constraints.



You will be operating within a small, fast-paced team environment, therefore good communication and presentation skills are essential.



Package is flexible depending on the applicant, but as a guide it may range upwards from $55K (plus superannuation), depending on experience.
