Kayell partners up with Fogra

Luke Wooldridge of Kayell Australia has become a partner of Fogra, and can now provide onsite support to printers wishing to gain press certification by the Process Standard Offset (PSO) – ISO 12647-2.

According to Robert Gatto, sales and marketing director, Kayell Australia, becoming a partner of Fogra for PSO certification will be a good fit with Kayell's ISO certified product range.

"For several years Kayell have supplied industry leading products that comply with ISO standards for monitors, lighting, file separation and contract proofing," he said.

"Along with our new press optimisation products from GMG, our partnership with Fogra will complete our ISO compliant offerings and push Kayell to the forefront of ISO compliance in Australia. Very few companies can match the total ISO solution that we can now offer."

Obtaining PSO certification in Australia has gained increased importance ever since the LIA and PIAA announced that ISO 12647-2 will be adopted as the new industry standard. (See Setting the standard: Print 21 magazine article).
