Kodak stays at the frontline of NZ

Kodak chooses Frontline Technologies as distributor of its prepress and workflow products throughout New Zealand.

Ross Gilberthorpe, marketing and channel manager for Kodak, ANZ, said that the Auckland-based company was chosen for its synergies with Kodak. "We believe Frontline is a perfect fit with Kodak's technology," Gilberthorpe said. "They have an in-depth knowledge of the market and their service and backup across the country is second to none."

Craig Paul, (pictured) director of Frontline Technologies welcomed the decision. "We are all very excited about the opportunity that working with Kodak brings," he said. "The combined strength of Frontline's local knowledge with Kodak's unbeatable products makes Frontline into a formidable power force in the prepress arena."

At a local level, Steven Mackenzie will continue to work for Kodak in New Zealand as the company's dealer liaison and technical plate specialist. "There will be very little change to the current procedure for booking service calls for our current and future customers," Gilberthorpe added.

Paul was positive that Kodak's equipment would continue to be well received throughout the country.  "Already the Kodak equipment and Prinergy workflow has made major inroads into the NZ market, and we expect this trend to accelerate over the next twelve months," he said.
