Last call for digital business courses

Bookings are still available for two digital print related training courses beginning in Sydney later this month.

Digital Print Customer service will be held on 14 September and is designed to help printing company staff understand and communicate digital print capabilities, prepare quotations and process client purchase orders.

The one-day course also covers print production and quality control, computerised production and monitoring systems, handling high maintenance clients and invoicing.

Digital Print Estimating will be held on 28 September and is an introductory course targeted at sales, print buyers and print production co-ordinators as well as owners and managers.

The course covers price sheet estimating, different digital format estimating, estimating standards and finishing and what should go into the preparation and presentation of accurate quotes.
