Last chance to book for National Print Awards
Bookings for the National Print Awards Presentation Dinner in Melbourne on Friday 29 May are moving fast with organisers urging those who want to get a seat at the industry’s premier celebration to book soon to avoid disappointment.
The ‘Best of the Best’ celebration, hosted by popular TV personalities Larry Emdur and Gorgi Quill, will be held at the Palladium at Crown on what is the final weeknight of PacPrint 09.
NPA Chairman Scott Telfer (pictured) says the event is shaping up as one of the best ever presentations, with a great mix of glamour, comedy and music and Sam Kekovich providing his irreverent humour as the night’s entertainment.

“With the focus of the industry firmly on Melbourne in May, we are looking forward to welcoming colleagues from across Australia, as well as friends from New Zealand and other surrounding areas, to help us celebrate this year’s Awards, the first in the new ‘Best of the Best’ format,” said Telfer.
“It’s the best chance you’ll have all year to celebrate the achievement of excellence in our industry, and leave the worries of the world behind for a few hours as you catch up with colleagues and friends.”
It’s also your only chance to pick up your copy of the National Print Awards Book, which runs to 96 pages detailing the outstanding print jobs that have taken out this year’s honours , printed on Australian Paper’s ‘ENVI’ 100 per cent carbon neutral stock.
“With so many people in Melbourne for PacPrint, the strong demand for tickets is no real surprise, but it does mean those who have not yet booked will need to move fast to ensure they can join us for the industry’s ‘Night of Nights’ on Friday week,” Telfer added.
Tickets to the Dinner are $160 per head and bookings can be made by going to the National Print Awards website, www.nationalprintawards.com.au, or by calling Lynne Trensky at Printing Industries on (03) 8541-7360.
