LATMA, LIA NSW, JPE attend Digital Print Week at Currie & Company
The arrival of a HP Indigo ws4000 digital label press at Currie’s Sydney showroom has provided the members of LATMA (Label and Tag Manufacturers Association) with an opportunity to see first hand the production benefits and flexibility of the narrow web digital printer. The label printers attended a special demonstration of the press on Wednesday and heard a market briefing on the benefits of digital printing for the sector.
“Label printers are discovering that digital printing with a ws4000 is a sure-fire path to extra profitability. It distinguishes them from the rest of their competitors and opens up new fields of profitability and endeavour,” said Phillip Rennell, Currie Group digital printing manager (pictured).
Commercial printers too will be catered for with an array of HP Indigo presses. Industry consultants will hold a series of seminars as well as one-on-one consultations to advise on the best way to bring your label business into the digital age.
Demonstration sessions are scheduled for:- Monday 9th Feb - 9am to 1pm
- Tuesday 10th Feb - 9am to 1pm

LIA and Junior Printing Executive of NSW event
A full-on guided tour of the future of digital printing at Currie & Company will be the occasion of the first LIA and JPE event of the year.
