Learn new world order at GAMAA workshop
In the face of an uncertain economic environment, GAMAA has created a two-day workshop, Change Management: New World New Rules.
Running from 23 to 24 October at Sydney, the workshop is designed to assist participants in developing practical and tangible skills that will enable them to embrace the different leadership styles that are needed to effectively manage change: situational, environmental and economic, in order to improve the bottom line.
The Change Management: New World New Rules workshop is presented by John Gibney and Colin Beattie and will focus on:
- Resilient leadership – how to align values to meet the changing landscape
- Mindsets and optimism – understanding ourselves and our customers
- Navigating change in an Australian culture – transitioning successfully
- The Australian mindset and its impact on ideas and approaches to change
- Giving and receiving feedback – effective methodologies
