It's a shame that these stores are closing and why other printers believe they were a threat.
In fact they provided a service other Digital print companies shy away from or doing well or more frankly do not do at all and that is allowing walk in customers to use computers/finishing machines and online printers.
They also offer their walk ins the ability to have small to medium print runs done at a price and believe it or not at a more expensive price offered by another Franchised digital printer.
There will be a void in the market and it would be desirable that some of the Kinko's Australian management take over some existing stores to keep this concept alive.
