Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) Australia has launched a new marketing campaign titled ‘MBE Print Month’ to coincide with International Print Day on October 19.
MBE’s aggressive expansion within Australia continues with the opening of a new centre this week on Ann Street, Brisbane. The company plans to open several more new franchises nationally in the coming months.
“Print and direct mail campaigns are still an essential part of any good marketing campaign,” says Clayton Treloar, CEO MBE Australia. “With the popularity of digital media, a lot of companies are overlooking the power of print. With MBE Print Month, we wanted to reinforce our commitment to the print medium as print is a growth area, while also supporting the IPD16 and Print Month campaigns.”
The MBE Print Month campaign consists of one heavily discounted print special a week for the month of October, culminating in a ‘to-be-revealed’ super special on October 19. The marketing collateral includes a direct mail DL flyer, in-store banner and poster, e-newsletter blasts and social media.
MBE provides business to business services in design, print, and shipping. The group offers customers complete design and marketing services. While digital is undoubtedly a powerful channel, MBE extols the virtues of instigating well rounded marketing campaigns, including the use of print. MBE customers benefit from database driven direct mail print campaigns, in addition to digital and social media reach.
