Merger gives Brisbane design company the edge

Rallings Print Group joins forces with Valley Edge Design Centre and moves to greener pastures.

The Southside-based printing company merged its offset printing division with Valley Edge Design Centre, which was established in 1989 by graphic designer, Rocky Cassaniti (pictured below).

"It's a tremendous honour to be chosen to facilitate the offset and digital sheetfed printing production for Rallings," Cassaniti said. "At Valley Edge Design Centre, we are all passionate about the work we do, because it's what we do best."

Now, Valley Edge Design Centre plans on relocating to its newly acquired 1434m2 site at Bowen Hills, located on Breakfast Creek.

"This fits well within our future plan to contribute, not only environmentally, but also architecturally to develop a spectacular Brisbane building in keeping with the quality creative industry that we are so passionate about," Cassaniti said.

Mark Gri, business partner and managing director of Valley Edge Design Centre, is excited about the synergies that the merger will offer clients.

"Our client base is large, but our one commitment is to maintain the personal service that Rocky started in the 80s," he said.

Both Gri and Cassaniti believe that this merger places Valley Edge Design Centre in a better position to compete in the market. "The future is looking colourful at this stage," Cassaniti said.
