Two promotional offers from Mutoh that were due to run out on Valentine's Day have been extended to the end of the month.
The company is offering a cashback on its two ValueJet promotional products printers, with $3000 on the 626UF model and $2000 on the 426UF. At the same time it also has a half price offer on its ValueCut 1300 cutters when bought with a ValueJet 1638 roll-fed printer.
Mutoh Australia managing director Russell Cavenagh said, “The promotional offers have been popular with the market. For commercial printers, franchises, copyshops, and signshops the benchtop promotional printers offer them the opportunity to engage with their clients with a different solution and create a new revenue stream.
“Having the ability to print onto golf balls and keyrings and the like is an opportunity to increase your share of the customers wallet, while providing great promotional products for them, and from a supplier they know and trust. It can also lead to print orders from new clients.”
Both the ValueJet 626UF and 426UF print in six colours (CMYK, white and varnish), the 626 will print onto flat and 3D objects 150mm high, the 426 onto 70mm. The ValueJet 626 won Product of the Year at the big SGIAA show in the US three months ago.
The half price cutter with a printer offer comes as Cavenagh says a separate print and cut is two to three times faster than one machine that does both. He said, “In practice most print that comes off the 1.6m systems is laminated, and that has to happen before cutting. Having separate printer and cutter means the printer is not compromised, and can pump out print all day long.”
The ValueJet 1638UR is a six-colour (CMYK, white and varnish) UV printer 1.6m which will print up to 22.7sqm an hour. The ValueCut 1300 has four varieties of reading functions for accurate cutting and integrated laser based optical sensors.
Cavenagh said, “Although the offer was due to end on Valentine's day I wanted to extend the love. Mutoh print solutions are all built in Japan to exacting engineering specifications, and these packages will help print businesses develop their markets with trouble-free operation.”
