National Print Awards – all the winners
Here they are, all the winners of the year, the best in printing in Australia.
Those who ‘had a go’ and won. Yet it is important when the glittering prizes are being handed out to acknowledge that it is the entirety of the entrants that make the competition, those who won and those that missed out in equal measure. What is important in the spirit of the National Print Awards is to ‘have a go.’
Some of the winners were nominated by themselves, some by their clients, others by their embellishers and finishers and yet others by their suppliers. Printing is a collaborative business requiring cooperation and equal craft and commitment from all participants. While it is only the printers who usually make it onto the stage to accept the ‘gongs’ all who contribute to the end work share in the professional acclaim.
