Neil Southerington takes on Web Graphics’ business
Following the sudden passing last year of well-liked and respected supplier, Barry McDonald, industry interest has focused on how the Web Graphics business would continue. Occupying a sound position with regard to manufacturing agencies, the company is recognized as a key supplier.
Neil Sutherington, director of Melbourne-based supplier, Graffica, has now reached agreement with Web Graphic’s principals to take over the business interests. The two supply enterprises make a good fit with Southerington having a good knowledge of the sector and operating a similar sized company.
“We are taking on their existing agencies after reaching agreement with the principals, and will provide both sales and service,” confirmed Southerington. “Web Graphics has a range of European equipment, all of which are well known brands like Visi-tech,(video web inspection systems), Imer (a world leader in direct mail and security form presses) and U.V. Ray amongst others.
“To coincide, we will also launch our range of cost effective Kingsun, machinery which includes Cont Stationery, narrow width flexo, slitter / rewinders, inspection, plate mounting, anilox roller cleaning die cutting and Horizontal multi-unit flexo presses.”
Graffica is a major supplier of paper counters, die-cutter and finishing and material handling equipment.
