New ad delivery system powers production cycle

Advertising agencies and publishers will streamline communication within the print supply chain with the launch of the latest workflow engine to simplify artwork transmission.

According to Grant Schuetrumpf, CEO of Dubsat, the new release, AdGate, enables publishers to manage all received advertising irrespective of method or service.

“Whether you use Adsend, other third party delivery services, your own portal, email, ftp or any combination of those, AdGate will accept all incoming advertising and manage those ads according to your automated workflow requirements.

“It gives users the power to manage their entire ad process driving many production functions, by translating and using received booking instructions, automating workflows and reconciling ads throughout the business to business production steps against their respective media schedules,” he says.

Upon confirmation of an ad booking, it is matched to the publication’s specifications held within Adsend’s database and sent back to the production department. Relayed back and forth, this collective information completes the entire production cycle, from booking to fulfilment. Dubsat is a subsidiary of Omnilab Media.
