New NexPress on display at PacPrint '05
Visitors will be shown the NexPress 2100 digital press with fifth imaging station at the convention in May. For the showcase Kodak will be emphasising the new features of the machine, which include value added options and other enhancements such as coating, glossing and an expanded colour range.
Jon Field from Kodak NexPress claims the machine has been targeted as an innovative and strategic solution that can meet the needs of the current print-on-demand and dynamic variable data printing market. “Visitors to PacPrint will be able to see first-hand how they can take digital printing to the next level, opening a host of new opportunities and applications that had previously been unachievable.”
A spokesperson for the PacPrint '05 Board commented, “We are extremely pleased with the decision by Kodak NexPress to install its latest fully operational unit at PacPrint '05. This is leading-edge technology and will enable visitors to view first hand the major advancements being made in the fast moving digital arena.”
