Packed to the rafters: DES ISO 12647 seminars keep growing

With bookings for its free ‘Pathways’ ISO seminars still pouring in DES have again been forced to upgrade to bigger venues for its February 17 and 18 Pathways ISO 12647 seminars in Melbourne and Sydney.

“We thought a venue for approximately 70 people in each city would be sufficient but the interest has been so strong we now have numbers nearing 250,” said DES sales director, Russell Cavenagh (pictured).

“We billed this as a ‘must attend’ industry event and they certainly seem to be agreeing with us. The good news is that the bigger venues now mean we have a few more seats available in both Melbourne and Sydney.”

The new locations include:
ISO 12647-2 seminar in Melbourne:
Date: Tuesday 17th February 2009
Time: 3 - 6pm
Venue: IBIS Hotel
297 Springvale Rd, Glen Waverley
Cost: Free

ISO 12647-2 seminar in Sydney:
Date: Wednesday 18th February 2009
Time: 3 - 6pm
Venue: Venue: Stamford Grand North Ryde
Corner Epping & Herring Rd, North Ryde

“We are also pleased to announce that James Hawkes, Chairman of the Australian 3DAP committee and Colour Manager of ACP Magazines has agreed to be at both the Melbourne and Sydney seminars to answer audience questions regarding the April 2 introduction of the new 3DAP V3 standard,” said Cavenagh.

“If you’d like to attend there are still a few places available for both the Melbourne and Sydney seminars thanks to the bigger venues but the house full sign will probably be going up in a few days.”
