PacPrint '05 registrations climb towards 3,000

Presented by GAMAA and Printing Industries, the expo takes place every four years and receives visitors from all over the Asia Pacific region. The largest trade exhibition for printing and related industries in the Southern Hemisphere, the attention that this year's PacPrint has attracted has exceeded all expectations.

A spokesperson for the show said the level of pre-registration at this stage is almost unheard of. The organisers are confident the event will draw a high level of industry decision makes and purchasing influencers.

This follows earlier news that floorspace for the exhibition is on the verge of selling out, with 98 per cent of available space already booked out as of January 24. More than 240 organisations have purchased booths at the event, occupying some 27,000 square metres across the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre.
