They have been responsible for manufacturing print for many years and there is nothing or no-one they do not know.

Their facilities boast some pretty incredible fire power and their team members are some of this industry's most recognised, talented and experienced individuals.

The owners of the business have been around for some time and have significant knowledge about Print, about business and the market in general as well as what it takes to be Number 1.

The company has incredible capacity, enough to compete with the big boys. They have the following capacity:

  • In house graphics & prepress

  • A1 - 10 colour

  • A1 - 8 Colour

  • A2 - 6 colour

  • A2 - 5 colour

  • Full in-house finishing

  • Mail facility

  • Warehouse, fulfillment & logistics

  • Digital services

  • Large format alliance

 
We have been appointed in order to find the best reps available who want to challenge themselves and grasp an incredible opportunity.

 
THE OPPORTUNITY
The company has recently restructured and have removed most of Mid management. People are now made accountable & responsible.

Due to their constant growth (despite the current economic climate), their team needs to grow and a few opportunities have become available.

They hand pick all their staff and make sure that there is the right amount of chemistry and the right synergy between all parties.

For them it is not all about the "Sales", it really is about the company, the fit, the culture and the environment.

You will be confident about servicing your clients, you will be confident that your company has total stronghold and support in what you are trying to achieve from your clients and you will have total assurance that this company will continue to do whatever they can to service your clients and prospective clients.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven Sales track record

  • MUST know PRINT 

  • Market intelligence - Industry knowledge and contacts

  • Strong presentation & Communication skills

  • Capable of reaching targets and keeping a sustainable portfolio

  • (If you do not have Local Print experience, you will not be considered)

 

WHAT IS OFFERED?

  • Min $80,000-$110,000 base commensurate on experience

  • 9% Super
