Print Sales course flies high with 1,000 graduates
The 1,000th graduate will be announced at the completion of the scheduled August 2005 course, with the print-sales dynamo to receive a commemorative plaque and an assortment of other goodies courtesy of Printing Industries.
The 10-week course covers a range of important topics, extending from overcoming nerves to turning initial rejection into a customer. The course also has a significant practical component, including video role-plays where a live sales call is simulated and the participant's performance then critiqued.

Printing Industries membership co-ordinator Que Nhi Luong claims the enrolment numbers represent a landmark for the course, and labels them as representative of changing attitudes towards sales in the industry. “More companies are realising that well trained sales staff are as essential as good machine operators, accountants or other key company staff,” says Luong. “Well performing companies recognise this and use it to increase profit.”
Scheduled courses are held in NSW, Queensland, Victoria and other states by special arrangement, and scheduled course information can be viewed at www.printnet.com.au . For more information, call Que Nhi Luong on (02) 8789 7382 or via e-mail at quenhi@printnet.com.au .
