PrintNZ Productivity Toolkit Workshop

PrintNZ will hold a two-day hands-on workshop in Auckland that will colver the following:

• Productivity improvements
• How to introduce it into your organisation
• Visits to printing and other companies that have been involved with productivity improvement projects
• Introduction to a toolkit for businesses
• Options for progressing if you wish to by developing an action plan before you leave
• How Competitive Manufacturing qualifications can fit with the productivity program

The workshop has been designed so you go away with some practical steps you can implement in your company. Spaces are limited to 50 places and it is ideally suited to two or three key people from each company attending, but it is fine for smaller businesses to have only one key member.
