Quote & Print delivers 250 per cent ROI on Hornet Press MIS investment
Outstanding results from Quote & Print software rang up profits for Graham Bell's Melbourne business, Hornet Press.
In 2007, Graham Bell, (pictured) company founder, started looking around for a new MIS system that was more flexible and would allow for greater efficiencies throughout his operation. He didn't need to look any further than Quote & Print.
One year later, the $50,000 installation has more than paid off. Bell has reported a 250 per cent return on investment. "It's outstanding," he said. "We are blown away with the results."
Originally, Bell imagined that he would at least need to hire a new staff member just to deal with the front office and accounts; but the Quote & Print software also took care of this for him, freeing up an additional ten hours per week for the existing accounts staff.
"The flexibility over our previous software is amazing," said one member of Hornet Press. "Preparing variations of quotes and quantities is very quick and easy."
When Bell's previous estimator decided to retire, the software also saved him the hassle of hiring a new employee. He lists having critical management information at his fingertips as one of the greatest advantages of the software, which allows him to monitor and increase the efficiencies of his business.
Achieving these results in just one year, Bell feels more than optimistic about the future of Hornet Press. "I made a one-off investment which has easily paid for itself in the first year and I will continue to reap the benefits of it for many years to come," he said.
