Quote & Print's V8 drives January sales surge
Quote & Print kicked off the new year with a mega sales surge. Dave Bell (pictured), takes a look at why it's so popular for printers.
Quote & Print maintained its position as Australia's most popular MIS system for printers with the installation of five new Quote & Print systems in the month of January. In addition, 12 existing users of Quote & Print chose to upgrade their systems either by expanding their number of users or by ordering extra modules.

Fortunately, Quote & Print has an extensive distributor network in each state so trainers were available to get the new users up to speed as quickly as possible. For printers ordering new modules, the uniform design of Quote & Print meant that their staff could easily use the new software.
The main reason for this is the desire of these printers to get the most value for every dollar they spend on their MIS systems or as one printer put it "The biggest bang for their buck". As Quote & Print is an Australian system there are no unnecessary features designed for other countries. Its robust architecture allows it to run on existing networks. No expensive computer upgrades are needed. No expensive onsite computer staff are required.
Quote & Print has an ongoing program of research and development which enables them to release two updates each year which contain many enhancements suggested by existing users. It is designed by printers for printers. This program of Research and Development is supported by our user base of over 500 printers.
Some of the new features that have been added recently are the ability to have 10 screens open at once, SMS messaging of quotes to customers, improved screen layout and POD (Print on Demand) quoting. More features are in the pipeline.
QPONLINE, Quote & Print's internet interface, has been upgraded so the look and feel can be adjusted on a customer by customer basis.
