Regional road trip shows off HP Designjet to Victoria

Country printers throughout Victoria get a glimpse of HP Designjet L25500 as CPI hits the road next month.

According to David Booth, (pictured) general manager, CPI Graphics the five-date regional tour was designed to provide those printers outside of the capital cities with an opportunity to view the HP Designjet L25500.

“We canvassed a number of printers in regional areas who told us it isn’t always possible for them to travel to the city, but they’d welcome the opportunity to check out the HP Latex inks solutions if we could come to them. So we’re putting the printer and a range of print samples into a van and going on the road,” he said.

The road trip will take in Bendigo, Ballarat, Warrnambool, Geelong and Sale. If the Victorian leg is successful, the company may consider going to NSW also.

“We haven’t done an event like this before so we are keen to see what kind of response we get from the regional printers. Certainly initial interest indicates that we will have a good turn out in each centre,” Booth added.

Joining the tour will be HP product specialist, Jeremy Brew, along with the CPI team who will demonstrate the printer’s capabilities across a range of media.  “Jeremy has a wealth of knowledge and will be available to talk about the various opportunities that exist for HP Latex ink technology,” said Booth.

The CPI Graphics HP Designjet L25500 showcase will be held in the following locations from 2pm-5pm:

7th February    Bendigo – Hotel Shamrock
8th February    Ballarat – Seymours on Lydiard
9th February    Warrnambool – Hotel Warrnambool
10th February     Geelong – Chifley on the Esplanade
11th February    Sale – Hacienda Motor Inn
