Snap Franchising has held its annual awards at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney. Peter Sinodinos, CEO, launched the company's brand strategy for the next three years, focusing on growth and innovation for both the company and its franchisees.

The main winners on the night were Al Babicka and Peter Pawlezig, who were inducted into the Hall of Fame, Jason O'Connor, who won the Murray Reid-Smith Lifetime Achievement Award, and Edwin Huang and Jean Ling, who won the Paddy Thompson Award, described by Raeleen Hooper, chief sales and marketing officer, as like Snap's Oscar. "It's based on multiple criteria including growth, innovation, putting clients first, supporting peers, engaging with the future of the business, and excelling in service more than anything else," she said.

Snap also unveiled its vision for 2020, focusing on growth for both franchise owners and the company as a whole. "Our potential lies in the growth of our franchise owners, using technology and innovative products to put the client at the centre of everything we do," said Hooper.

Peter Sinodinos, CEO, hailed the event as a success, and said the company is continuing to develop its franchise model and expand into new territories. "We are moving forward and developing firmly. I would like to thank everyone for attending this event and congratulate all owners nominated and, of course, our award winners," he said.
