Latest LED technology for indoor and outdoor advertising lit up the Spicers stand at Visual Impact Sydney 2016.

"This is something that is very new and really impressive and we just became the exclusive distributors," says Spicers marketing manager Harry Pagoulatos.

The Imposa range of LED screens from Chinese company Chainzone can be built to any size or shape and feature: exceptional colours, superior software and ground-breaking pitch...designed for restaurants to retail, schools to sports venues, cinemas to car park, airports to advertising your brand inside and out.

"We're seeing a lot of the brand owners and retailers are printing a catalogue or they're getting signage done but they also want a graphic image that keeps on playing," says Pagoulatos.

"You can move them around or fit them on a wall and they're light and flexible so you can bend them for a perimeter display - we have a circular screen suspended from the roof. Different kinds of pixels give the screens a different visual effect and the brightness is easily adjusted.

"The major high-end retailers in New York like Macy's, Bloomingdales and Barneys are all using these everywhere in their stores now, almost like a visual runway show or for things like makeup application tips. Everything is on a screen."

Other highlights at the Spicers stand [B8] included a dual gantry cutting table, the Elitron Kombo TH Super Plotter/Cutter, as well as the Mimaki JV400-160 Latex and a Mimaki JFX-200.
