Stephen keeps the ball rolling with Fuji Xerox
New Fuji Xerox employee, Stephen Ball, swaps advertising for printing as he takes up the position of production workflow marketing manager.
In his new role, Ball (pictured)’s main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day workflow marketing activities for PSB which include the company’s vast portfolio of production software solutions. This includes web-to-print, variable-data publishing, output management as well as process management solutions, which are designed to increase the efficiency of the end-to-end production workflow processes. Ball has also been tasked with developing new software solutions for the Australian market and will work closely with the PSB sales and product management teams.

“I am excited to be part of the Fuji Xerox team as they have led the industry with innovative solutions in the graphic arts industry for many years,” said Ball. “My aim is to continue to bring state-of-the-art workflow and software solutions to this market sector and further assist customers in their quest for growth and development.”
According to Simon Lane, national manager, production services business at Fuji Xerox Australia, Ball brings the necessary skills to enhance the company’s workflow marketing strengths.
“With many years of experience and in-depth market knowledge, Stephen is a great addition to our talent pool,” said Lane. “He not only understands the technical elements of key workflow processes, but also brings an agency viewpoint which will be invaluable in assisting our customers in their go-to-market strategies.”
Prior to joining Fuji Xerox, Ball held management positions at advertising agencies, including Group Operations Director for Young & Rubicam, Head of Operations for Lowe Hunt/DRAFT and Production Director at Euro RSCG. He has worked for mojo, DDB and Mattingly, where he was responsible for all elements of campaign delivery. He also headed up The i Group, a recruitment agency specialising in advertising industry placements, for more than three years.
