Steve Pettaras wants credit where credit’s due
In response to a report here last week on the start up of a new digital printing company, Digitalpress, by his brother Theo, the founder and managing director of the Pettaras Press telephoned in to clear up some details. He wants to make the point that as a qualified printer, it was he who set up Pettaras Press, later inviting his two brothers, Theo and Nick, to join him. He maintains he initially “gave” them shares in the business but later bought them out.
This may all be ancient history except that he wants to make it clear that Theo’s new venture has nothing to do with Pettaras Press. He is afraid customers will become confused with the use of the Pettaras name.
