Technical print assist up scaled in southwest

Roland DG calls upon the service agents of measurement and inspection equipment specialist, Accuweigh to help out its customers in South and Western Australia.

According to sales director, John Wall, the new partnership will initially see additional technicians available to service its costumers in two states. “Their philosophy and technological aptitude fits in perfectly with the Roland DG Care after sales programme.

“Accuweigh has hired on personnel with experience in the printing industry, and have an extensive agent network nation wide. We feel that we will get additional service coverage for our customers in the long term, and there is an opportunity to expand this arrangement for future national coverage,” he says.

The measurement, packaging and inspection equipment supplier currently has technical personnel in all major centres, with access to 60 fully qualified technicians across the country.

Brenton Cunningham, managing director of Accuweigh says the company’s national service structure can be used with other high level and technical equipment, such as print.
