The show must go on: new host for Victorian PICAs
Regular print awards host, Gorgi Coghlan, puts her hand up for Victorian PICAs after Livinia Nixon pulls out.
Organisers announced a last-minute change to next month’s awards following Nixon pulling out unexpectedly. Guests can rest assured: Coghlan, (pictured) host of Channel Ten’s The Circle, is not stranger to hosting print awards, and, more importantly, she knows how to keep the crowd on their best behaviour.
"We’re delighted that Gorgi has agreed to step in and host the event,” said PICA chairman, Trevor Hone.
“She is a very talented lady and one of the country’s most popular TV personalities, and has been a very gracious and popular host of the Awards in previous years. While we like to share things around to keep it fresh and interesting, the announcement that Gorgi will once again be gracing our stage is sure to please guests.”
Invitations to the Dinner will be circulating the industry over the next few weeks. To register, fill out the form and return to Printing Industries, go to the website, www.picavic.com.au to register online, or contact Luisa Rampone at Printing Industries on (03) 8541-7333.
