HP expands Designjet team

Pankaj Gupta (pictured) joins HP, taking on the role of business development manager.

"It's an exciting move," he said.

The role sees him working alongside Ben Ho, the market development manager for HP's large format range. In this role, Gupta will work across the portfolio, managing the technical products as well as those directed to the high-end graphics and PSP markets.

Prior to this role, Gupta was with Ingram Micro, where he managed the HP Designjet large format printer portfolio for four years as product manager. Gupta says that he looks forward to the challenge and rewards the new role will give him.

"I am keen to capitalise on the experience I've gained working on the product range in a distribution capacity," he said. "In my new role I will have greater opportunity to work with both resellers and end users to actively expand our channel."
